After much planning and praying and sweating and paperchasing we have confirmed dates for our trip to China. We are leaving 9:30am from Kansas City on August 16th and will return on August 30th. Below is our itinerary while we are in China:
CONFIRMED TRAVEL DATES :
Thurs,Aug 16: Leave the US
Fri, Aug 17: Arrive in Beijing
Sat,Aug 18: Sightseeing in BJ (TianAnMen Square, Forbidden City, & the Great Wall (Juyongguan); Lunch is included.; & CHI Orientation
Sun,Aug 19: Fly to your child’s Province
Mon – Fri,Aug 20-25: Receive your child and go through adoption processes
Sat, Aug 25: Fly to Guangzhou.
Sun, Aug 26: Free day
Mon, Aug 27, medical exam for children
Tues, Aug 28: ACS appointment-confirmed
Wed, Aug 29: Go to ACS to take oath and get visa late in the afternoon
Thurs , Aug 30: Departure from Guangzhou back to the US
We are getting some last minute details put together and just starting to pack. I'm sure the next couple of weeks will fly by, but they cannot get here fast enough!!!!
Our hope is that Joss is also looking forward to us coming.

Yippee!!! Finally the date gets here. We can't wait to meet to meet "osie"-in Maddie terms. :) She packs her picture around telling us "see Osie". They will be great friends.
